Measuring your MSM Crystal Flakes
A level teaspoon of MSM Crystal
Flakes contains approx 2,000mg
An average rounded teaspoon contains
approx 5,000mg
A really heaped teaspoon contains
approx 7,000mg

How to start
Take one level teaspoon of Crystal Flakes twice
a day for the first week.
Increase to one rounded teaspoon of Crystal Flakes
twice a day in weeks 2, 3 and 4

end of week 4, continue on a maintenance intake of between One level teaspoon
(2,000mg)
or, One average rounded teaspoon (5,000mg) a day.
Many people get great benefits and stay at this
daily intake.
Again, there is no need to go beyond this point
if it's working really well for you.

Second Month:
Many people respond well in the first month, however,
some find it beneficial to increase the daily intake again in month 2 below:
