"Oxygen Therapy"
Note: Magnesium Oxide (MgO) is the major working component in many "Oxygen Therapy" and colon cleansing products like Colosan, Homozon, Oxy Powder, Oxy Blast and several other "Oxygen Therapy", "Ozone Therapy" and "Colon Cleansing" type products.
When activated with lemon juice or ascorbic acid, a small amount of Magnesium Oxide produces relatively large quantities of Oxygen. It is highly debatable whether any of the branded products (including those that profess to contain "Activated Oxygen") produce more oxygen than pure Magnesium Oxide! Consequently, many former customers of Colosan, Homozon, Oxy Powder and colon cleansing type products now buy pure Magnesium Oxide as they find it's just as effective and far cheaper.

Suggested use as a supplement:
Women
The RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) for Women is: 280mg daily.
1 x 180g tub will last for approx 64 days (2 months) at 280mg a day.
1 x 400g tub will last approx 142 days (4.7months) at 280mg a day.
Men
The RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) for Men is: 375mg daily.
1 x 180g tub will last for approx 48 days (1.6 months) at 375mg a day.
1 x 400g tub will last approx 106 days (3.5months) at 375mg a day.

How to take
Not unpleasant to take neat on the spoon or can be dissolved in water or juice.
Fine white crystals - absolutely pure - no fillers, additives, colours, or flow agents.
Take with or after food or add to water, juice or smoothies.

Measuring for savings

Before taking Magnesium Oxide, ask the advice of your GP who will have your full medical history and be able to advise you appropriately.
Please consult your GP especially if you are taking any of the following:
- A tetracycline antibiotic such as tetracycline (Sumycin, Achromycin V, and others), demeclocycline (Declomycin), doxycycline (Vibramycin, Monodox, Doxy, and others), minocycline (Minocin, Dynacin, and others), or oxytetracycline (Terramycin, and others);
- A fluoroquinolone antibiotic such as ciprofloxacin (Cipro), ofloxacin (Floxin), enoxacin (Penetrex), norfloxacin (Noroxin), sparfloxacin (Zagam), levofloxacin (Levaquin), lomefloxacin (Maxaquin), grepafloxacin (Raxar), and others;
- Penicillamine (Cuprimine);
- Digoxin (Lanoxin, Lanoxicaps); or
- Nitrofurantoin (Macrodantin, Furadantin, and others).
You may not be able to take magnesium oxide, or you may require a dosage adjustment or special monitoring during your treatment if you are taking any of the medicines listed above.
Drugs other than those listed here can also interact with magnesium oxide.
Talk to your doctor and pharmacist before taking any over-the-counter prescription medicines or supplements.
